Slayer - Live Intrusion (2010)

Gaurkoan DVD batekin nator, Slayer-en Live Intrusion. Emanaldia 1995eko martxoak 12an izan zen Arizonako Mesa hurian eta VHS moduan kaleratu zen. Bada garaia formatu hori zaharkiturik gelditu dela eta Slayer taldea duela gutxi konturatu da honetaz, 2010aren erdira arte ez bait ditu bere bidioak garai berrietara egokitu eta.

Ordubete eskaxeko kontzertua da Paul Bostaphekin bateria lanetan baina pena merezi du ikusteak nolakoak ziren Slayer-en zuzenekoen garai onak, oraingoekin ez dute zerikusirik, zahartzen hasi dira. DVD-ari atera diezaiokedan akats bakarra abesti batzuen artean kontzertua moztea eta birako irudi batzuk sartzea da. Feeling-a kentzen dio kontzertuari. Soinu aldetik ederki dago eta irudia, noiz grabatua izan zen jakinda, ez dago kexatzerik.

Una explosión de un millón de kilómetros

Hace unos meses, en febrero de este mismo año, se lanzaba el Solar Dynamic Observatory (SDO), un pequeño pero potente telescopio que prometía regalarnos una visión del Sol cómo nunca antes habíamos tenido. La NASA anunciaba que el SDO nos iba a ofrecer imágenes del Sol a una calidad inalcanzable hasta ahora... Y no sólo eso, durante 5 años, el SDO enviará fotografías del Sol a la Tierra cada 10 segundos, lo que está suponiendo 150 millones de bits por segundo, 24 horas al día, siete días a la semana...
Pues bien, esas imágenes ya nos están llegando.

El SDO va equipado con una batería de cuatro telescopios diseñados para fotografiar la superficie del Sol y la atmósfera, un generador de imágenes heliosísmicas y magnéticas para trazar los mapas de los campos magnéticos solares, y un tercer aparato medidor de las fluctuaciones de rayos ultravioleta del Sol. Para que os hagáis una idea de la calidad de imagen que puede llegar a obtener sus fotografías tendrán unas 10 veces más calidad que una Televisión HD y serán aproximadamente de unos 7.000 x 4000 pixels...
Y sobre todo, estamos viendo cosas que antes, con los instrumentos que teníamos, no podíamos ver, como por ejemplo la brutal prominencia solar que captó hace unos días y que han dado la vuelta a internet.
Atentos porque el video tan sólo dura unos segundos pero el fogonazo es de aúpa...



Lo que acabáis de ver en estos breves segundos es una de las prominencias solares más espectaculares que se han captado hasta el momento. (Aquí podéis verla a gran tamaño y en todo su esplendor)
Una eyección de entre 700.000 y 1 millón de kilómetros con la potencia de millones de bombas atómicas que ha dejado maravillados a los propios científicos en la NASA.
Para que tengáis una mejor aproximación del tamaño de esta bestia os dejo una comparativa entre la prominencia y una imagen comparada de Júpiter y la Tierra... Sí, el puntito somos nosotros :)

Berriro ere hemendikan

Azken aldian ezin izan dut hemendikan idatzi, portatilak txof egin zuen eta. Errua berriro ere txartel grafikoarena izan da. Potentziala ona izango du baño iraupena ez, bi urte ere ez zuen iraun lehenengoan eta konpondu ondoren urte t'erdiko bizitza ere ez du izan. Baino orain beste portatil bat dakat, hobeagoa (prototype badabil). Ederra zortea nirea. Okerrena zera da, dena txukundu behar dudala nire gustura ipintzeko, lan eskerga benetan.

Ordenagailu berri honekin nabilenetik Chrome web nabigatzailea erabiltzen ari naiz, probatzeko asmoa nuen eta, nola ez, bere alde on eta txarrak ditu. Alde onen artean, oso sinplea da, google motorea erabiltzen du zuzenean eta pantailan ez du hainbeste okupatzen, kontuan hartzeko zerbait  pantaila txikia dugunontzako. Txarrak, oraingoz ez dakidala nola harpidetu blog baten, shift + enter eta ctrl + shift + enter ez dabiltzala eta ez dagoela euskaraz.

Blogaren aktibitate ausentziak iraun duen denboran Annihilator, Legen Beltza eta Angelus Apatridaren kontzertuetan izan naiz, azken biak ikaragarriak. Legen Beltzaren kamiseta bat erosi nuen eta Angelus-en azken diska ez erosteko esfortzua egin behar izan nuen, ez baitago diru nahiko.

Big Bang-en kapitulo itzelak bota dituzte, benetan oso onak. Pennyren aita, Raj eta Howard-en arteko homosexualitatea (edo dena delako hori)...

The Walking Dead seriea hasi da, zonbie infekzio baten ondorengo egoera apokaliptikoan ezarrita bizirik dirauten pertsonen abenturak kontatzen ditu. Izen bereko komikian oinarritzen da eta jada bigarren denboraldia filmatzeko sinatu dute. Agertuko da honi buruzko gauzatxoren bat hemen.

Iron Maidenen Espainiar estatuko daten konfirmazioen esperoan, Berri Txarraken kontzertua dago Bilboko Kafe Antzokian eta Su Ta Garrena Gasteizen (aurten ikusi gabe ez naiz geldituko), abendu hasieran zubi eder bat, Santo Tomas eguna, txistorra, taloa ta sagardoa, gabonak, olentzero y su puta madre...

AROUND THE WORLD IN 66 DAYS!! Ed Force One Back In Action For 2011

IRON MAIDEN, with their crew and many tons of equipment, will once again be boarding Ed Force One in February 2011 to fly 50,000 miles round the globe on their continuing mammoth Final Frontier World Tour, playing 29 shows and visiting 26 cities in thirteen countries across 5 continents with Bruce again in the pilot's seat, and heading into more new Frontiers of uncharted Maiden territory!!!

The first show will be on Feb 11th in Moscow's Olympic Stadium, after which the Boeing 757, which will have new designs to tie in with the new album and tour, will fly the band to Singapore and Indonesia for Maiden's first ever shows there, before arriving in Australia to headline two arena dates and five Soundwave Festivals. Ed Force One then turns its attention briefly to the Northern Hemisphere with a first show ever in South Korea and two shows in Tokyo, before heading all the way across the Pacific, a journey which (believe it or not!) is 6660 miles for two shows in Mexico. An extensive series of stadium shows through five South American countries follows, including a first visit to Belem, Northern Brazil, and, via Puerto Rico, the band will play the final show on this leg of the tour in Tampa, Florida, USA on April 17th, exactly 66 days after Moscow! Says Bruce, "We were taken aback by the fantastic reaction from everyone to Ed Force One during the 2008/09 World Tour. As our fans all know from the "Flight 666" film, which documented the trials and tribulations we underwent in order to get the whole project literally off the ground, the end result was well worth all the effort and complex logistics we had to deal with! The band and crew enjoyed themselves so much travelling that way, it seemed only logical to set up this part of The Final Frontier tour in the same way so we could get to see as many fans as possible all over the World, only this time we're pushing the boundaries even further and going to more places Maiden has never been before... in true Frontier style!! We very much look forward to playing in Singapore, Indonesia and South Korea for the first time, as well as revisiting our fans everywhere else.

"The set list will be different to this year's tour. Of course we will play more songs from the new album and some other recent material, but we will include a healthy dose of older fan favourites as we will be playing to so many new faces who we know will want to hear those songs live for the first time.
